Places are strictly limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis. You can book your tickets here now to reserve your place. Mothers and toddlers will have their own area during lectures with a live video feed inshaAllah. Creche facilities and child playgroup facilities will be available at an extra charge (subject to demand inshaAllah). We will also arrange transport from a number of major cities if there is a demand (at an extra charge).
Brothers and sisters will be separate unless you pay for EXACTLY 4 OR 6 beds in the same booking, in which case we will try to give you a room together inshaAllah as long as there are no non-mahrams together (subject to availability). Parents with an infant without a bed (maximum one infant without a bed per adult) and who have not booked their own rooms will be with other parents who also have infants without beds.
ALL rooms are en-suite and all adults will get their own beds.
PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING *ANY* REFUNDS. If you are subsequently unable to make the event, we advise that you sell your tickets to someone else. We also cannot accept installments as we simply do not have the manpower to be able to deal with all of this logistically.

We’ve been working hard to cater for all those people who were left disappointed without tickets and are pleased to announce that we have secured a limited number of extra en-suite family rooms with 4 and 6 beds. Remember, price includes all activities and 3 cooked meals a day with on-site chef mashAllah.
